librarian of the cathedral library

. He was appointed
Welsh examining chaplain

; he had been
Welsh examiner

he was a
member of the governing body

Church in Wales

Cambrian Archaeological Association

as well. Relinquishing the
secretaryship

, he retained the
editorship

, when he was elected
vice-president
. His principal literary work, of which he was
